Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info.pawsafloat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jacket arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
